Cancellations and closures as Toronto, GTA under snowfall warning
A storm is expected to dump up to 30 centimetres of snow on Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area by Thursday morning, prompting cancellations and closures.
Much of Southern Ontario is currently under a snowfall warning.

Toronto City:
According to the City of Toronto, as of Wednesday at 6 p.m., all recreational activities at school locations have been cancelled. All after-school recreation care activities will continue, as will the City Community Center’s programming.
TDSB: On February 12, all evening and in-person continuing education classes are cancelled. This covers adult ESL, Learn for Life community programs, African heritage and elementary education, and international languages.
York Area:
York District School Board: On Wednesday, February 12, all evening and after-school events, including those involving permits, are cancelled. In the event that Thursday is declared a day with bad weather, schools will still be open to students. By six in the morning, a decision will be made public.
TTC
Due to hazardous road conditions on Wednesday evening, the 29 Dufferin, the 929 Dufferin Express, and the 329 Dufferin Night Bus will not be making their usual stops on the north side at Davenport Road.
